new block MANAGEMENT association ... on st. marks' pl. a-1-2-3-

this project has been in the works for 3 or more years...... like they say .........ACTION.........thats it ....existing assoc. has had only 4 or 5 meetings in 3 years ....no meetings for this year at all......where are they..................what do they do......... more on this later ............we mean business ..................drugs back on block again.........tree pits a danger....are being fixes...............more lights at nite ..less...noise robberies ..and more.... meeting very soon and we must get our block back frommm the howl fest people on 3 rd street . no more howl..........whers all the money howl remember...medical...funding... and oh yesssss housing all of which i can use ................oh yea crime is down ...........here
